Cheese Spread – 1 cup
Almonds – 1/4 cup, toasted and chopped
Pineapple – 1/2 cup, chopped
Salt and Pepper as per taste
1. Drain the chopped pineapple in a sieve.
2. Mix it with the cheese in a bowl.
3. Add the almonds, salt and pepper.
4. Mix well.
5. Spread the filling onto slices of bread.
6. Cut into halves and serve.
