Ingredients:
Flour – 4 tblsp, sifted
Onion – 2 tblsp, chopped
Garlic Clove – 1, crushed
Egg – 1, beaten
Milk  – 1/2 cup to 1 cup
Cheese – 1/2 cup, grated
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Oil for deep frying

Method:
1. Mix the flour, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2. Add the onion and garlic.
3. Mix and add the milk.
4. Beat to form a batter.
5. Mix in the cheese and baking powder.
6. Drop teaspoonfuls into hot oil.
7. Fry till golden brown.
8. Serve hot.
