Liver in Wine Sauce Recipe

Liver (Lamb or Goat) – 500 gms, cut into cubes
Wine – 3 tblsp
Soya Sauce – 2/3 cup
Spring Onions – 5, chopped
Ginger – 1 1/2 inch piece, chopped
Pepper – 1/2 tsp, ground

1. Boil the liver for 4 to 5 minutes with enough water to cover the liver.
2. Drain and spread out to dry.
3. Add all the other ingredients to the liver.
4. Place them in a pan and bring to boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer till the liver is tender.
6. Serve with rice or noodles.
