Chicken with Oyster Sauce Recipe

Chicken Breast – 100 gms
Cornflour – 2 tsp
Water – 1 tblsp
Peanut Oil – 2 tsp
Chicken Stock – 2/3 cup
Ginger Sherry – 1 tsp
Oyster Sauce – 2 tsp
Ajinomoto – a pinch
Parsley to garnsh

1. Cut the chicken into very thin slices.
2. Blend the cornflour with water and rub half of it on the chicken.
3. Keep aside.
4. Heat the oil.
5. When very hot, stir-fry the chicken pieces for 2 minutes.
6. Add the stock, salt, pepper, sugar, ajinomoto, sherry, rest of the cornflour mixture and oyster sauce.
7. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 2 minutes.
8. Garnish with parsley.
9. Serve.
