Crab Meat Noodles

Noodles – 200 gms, soaked in water
Crab Meat – 250 gms, cut into small pieces
Onion – 1
Beans – 100 gms
Carrots – 100 gms
Chicken Stock – 1 cup
Sesame Oil – 2 tsp
Oil – 3 tblsp
Eggs – 2

1. Slice the carrots and beans into long thin strips.
2. Beat the egg whites and cut the onion into thin slices.
3. Boil 7 to 8 cups of water and add the crab meat.
4. Simmer for 3 minutes.
5. Add the chicken stock, noodles and salt.
6. Cook the egg whites and add it to the noodles.
7. In an another pan stir-fry the onions, carrots and beans.
8. Add it to the noodles.
9. Garnish with sesame oil and pepper.
10. Serve hot.
