Ingredients:
Noodles – 1/2 cup, noodles
Mixed Vegetables – 1/2 cup, diced
Chilli Sauce – 1 tsp
Tabasco Sauce – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1/2 tblsp
Soya Sauce – 1/2 tsp
Tomato Sauce – 1/2 tsp
Vinegar – 1/2 tblsp
Cornflour – 1/2 tblsp
Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Method:
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
2. Fry the garlic slightly.
3. Add the mixed vegetables and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Add the chilli sauce, tabasco sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar.
5. When the gravy begins to boil, add the noodles and lower the flame.
6. Mix the cornflour in a little water.
7. Add it to the noodles.
8. Stir till it thickens.
9. Serve hot.
