Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
Beans – 500 gms
Sesame Seeds – 2 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Sesame Oil – 2 tsp
Oil – 3 tblsp

Method:
1. Boil 3 cups of water in a saucepan.
2. Add 1 tblsp of oil and salt.
3. Boil the beans till almost tender.
4. Drain well.
5. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
6. Stir-fry the beans till cooked but crisp.
7. Sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and sesame oil.
8. Serve.
