Fried Rice with Spicy Sauce

Ingredients:
Corn Oil – 2 tblsp
Rice – 500 gms, cooked
Fish Sauce with chillies – 3 tblsp

Method:
1. Heat the oil in a pan.
2. Add the rice and mix well.
3. Stir fry for 60 seconds.
4. Add the sauce and mix well. Cook for a minute more.
5. Remove from the heat.
6. Serve with cucumber slices and raw vegetables.
