Ingredients:
Par Boiled Rice – 1 cup
Ragi – 1/2 cup
Oats – 1 cup
Urad Dal – 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Soak rice and ragi together in water for 4 hours.
2. Soak urad dal and oats separately for 10 minutes.
3. Grind both separately and then mix together with enough salt.
4. Allow to ferment until next day.
5. Apply little oil to idli plates and pour the batter in it.
6. Steam cook for 10 minutes.
7. Serve with onion chutney.
