Ingredients:
Fish – 400 gms (pomfret)
Fresh Fenugreek Leaves – 2 cups
Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup
Garlic Pods – 2
Ginger – 1 one inch piece
Green Chillies – 2
Tomatoes – 2, chopped
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tblsp
Jeera Powder – 1 tsp
Mustard Oil – 2 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix well with 3 tbsp of water.
3. Transfer to a non-stick pan.
4. Place over medium heat for 2 minutes.
5. Lower the heat and cover with a lid.
6. Cook till the fish is tender and the water has evaporated.
7. Serve with rotis or steamed rice.
