Ingredients
eggs – 4
methi – 1 bunch
onion – 1
cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
chilli power – 1/4 tsp
salt as per taste
garlic – 3-4 flakes
turmeric power – 1/4 tsp
oil – 1 tbsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds let it splutter then add garlic.
Then add onion when garlic is golden brown.
Add turmeric power, chilli power & salt.
Then add the methi & cook it for some time.
At last pour the eggs in to the methi & cook it till bhurji is done.
Garnish with coriander leaves & serve with Chapati or Paratha.
