Tomato Apple Drink

Ingredients:
Apple – 1, peeled and cubed
Tomatoes – 2, deseeded and chopped
Sugar – 1 tbsp
A pinch of Pepper – freshly grounded
Water – 1 1/2 cups
Ice Cubes – 4 to 5

Method:
1. Boil the fruits in 1 cup water for 5 minutes.
2. Let it cool.
3. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer grinder.
4. Blend for 2 minutes.
5. Strain and pour in tall glasses and serve.

Health Tip:
Apple and tomatoes make the drink rich in vitamins A and C and fibre. This drink aids digestion.
