Peaches – 2, ripe, deseeded and chopped
Plums – 3, ripe and deseeded
Sugar – 1 tbsp or to taste
Water – 1 cup
Ice Cubes – 3
1. Boil the fruits in 1 cup of water for minutes.
2. Do not throw away the water. Cool.
3. Combine all the ingredients.
4. Blend in a mixer grinder for a minute.
5. Serve in tall glasses.
Peach is almost 92% water and is rich in fibre. It stimulates the digestive juices. Excellent juice for pregnant women.
