Black Grapes Phalsa Drink

Black Grapes – 1/2 cup, ripe, seedless
Phalsa – 2 to 3 tbsp, ripe, seedless
Milk Powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Ice Cubes – 2 to 3

1. Combine all the ingredients with 1 glass of water.
2. Blend in a liquidizer for 1 minute.
3. If desired, strain the drink in a soup strainer to remove the Phalsa seeds, if any.
4. Serve

Grapes are a rich source of vitamin C and B. they are also rich in potassium and calcium. They prevent constipation. Phalsa is rich in vitamin C and aids digestion.
