Papaya, Coconut and Almond Drink Recipe

Ingredients:
Cold Milk – 1 glass
Fresh Coconut – 2 tbsp, grated finely
Almonds – 4 to 5, blanched and crushed
Papaya – 1 cup, cubed
Sugar – 1 tbsp or to taste
Ice Cubes – 3 to 4

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients.
2. Blend in a mixer grinder for 2 minutes.
3. Serve

Papaya is a rich source of vitamin A. It has more than 90% water and is low in calories. It adds bulk to the diet and aids digestion. Coconut and almond provide other nutrients.
