Paneer Peas Salad


Paneer – 200 gms, chopped
Boiled Peas – 2 cups
Onion – 1 cup, finely chopped
Capsicum – 1 cup, finely chopped
Cream – 1/2 cup
Mayonnaise as required
Sal to Taste

1. Cut the paneer into cubes.
2. Mix with the capsicum, peas and onion.
3. Add salt to taste.
4. Chill for 30 minutes in a refrigerator.
5. Mix with the mayonnaise sauce and cream at the time of serving.
