Paneer Cucumber Salad Recipe

Paneer Crumbs – 1 cup
Cucumber – 2 cups, chopped into small pieces or cubes
Coconut – 1/2 cup, grated
Seedless Grapes – 1 cup
Ginger – 1 tsp, chopped
Lime Juice – 1 tbsp
Fresh Cream – 1/2 cup
Grated Cheese – 25 gms
Ripe Mango Pieces – 1/2 cup, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste

1. Mix the paneer, cucumber, grapes, coconut and ginger.
2. Chill for an 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
3. Mix the mango pieces, cheese and lime juice in the mixie.
4. Remove from the mixie and add the cream, pepper and salt.
5. Mix this with the paneer mixture.
6. Chill and serve.
