Paneer Pineapple Raita

Paneer – 1 cup, grated
Curd – 2 cups
Pineapple Slices – 2
Milk – 1/2 cup
Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Pineapple Syrup – 1/2 cup (or Sugar Syrup with a few drops of Pineapple Essence)
Cardamom Powder – 1 pinch
Pepper and Salt to Taste

1. Sieve the curd.
2. Add milk to it.
3. Add all the other ingredients.
4. Whisk well.
5. Keep it in the fridge until ready to serve.
