Paneer Spinach Raita Recipe

Paneer – 1/2 cup, grated
Spinach Puree – 1/2 cup
Curd – 500 gms
Ginger – 1/2 tsp, chopped
Fine Sev – 1/2 cup
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp, roasted and powdered
Cinnamon Powder – 1/4 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Pepper and Salt to taste

1. Boil the spinach in 1/2 cup water for 5 minutes.
2. Cool and puree.
3. Sieve the curd and add the remaining ingredients to it along with the paneer and cooled puree.
4. At the time of serving, serve the raita with fine sev as topping.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
