Paneer Mint Raita

Paneer Crumbs – 1/2 cup
Mint – 1 cup, finely chopped
Curd – 2 cups
Milk – 1/2 cup
Green Chilli – 1, finely chopped
Sugar – 1 tsp
Chat Masala – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste

1. Wash the mint well.
2. Chop finely and keep aside.
3. Sieve the curd and add milk to it.
4. Mix the mint, green chillies and paneer crumbs to it.
5. Add salt, pepper and sugar to it.
6. Add all the masalas and serve chilled.
