Paneer Coconut Raita Recipe

Paneer – 100 gms, grated
Fresh Coconut – 50 gms, grated
Curd – 3 cups
Green Chilli – 1, finely chopped
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Dry Red Chilli – 1
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – 2 to 3
Salt as per taste

1. Sieve the curd.
2. Mix in the paneer, coconut, green chilli, salt, pepper, sugar and cumin powder.
3. Heat the oil, add the mustard and red chillies.
4. When the seeds splutter remove from fire.
5. Add curry leaves and add to the sieved curd.
6. Sprinkle cumin powder and serve chilled.
