Milk – 250 ml
Lemon Sorbet – 350 gms
Mango – 1, ripe, stoned and diced
Nectarines – 2, ripe, stoned and diced
Thin Wedges of Nectarine
1. Pour the milk into a food processor.
2. Add half of the lemon sorbet and process gently until combined.
3. Add the remaining sorbet and process until smooth.
4. When the mixture is thoroughly blended, gradually add the mango and nectarines and process until smooth.
5. Pour the mixture into glasses.
6. Decorate with thin wedges of nectarine and serve.
