Paneer Mushroom Masala Recipe

Ingredients:
Paneer – 200 gms
Onions- 2, grated
Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
Curd – 1 cup
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Green Chilli Paste – 1 tsp
Cashewnut Paste – 1 tsp
Oil – 6 tbsp
Fresh Mushroom – 200 gms, sliced
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Heat the oil in a pan.
2. Fry the onion to a light brown.
3. Add the ginger, garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add the mushroom, paneer, garlic, chilli paste, cashewnut paste and garam masala.
5. Add salt and curd.
6. Cook for 5 minutes and remove from fire.
7. Serve hot.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
