Spinach Cheese Kofta Recipe

Paneer Crumbs – 1 cup
Spinach – 2 cups, chopped
Cornflour – 1 tbsp
Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
Semolina – 1 tsp
Pepper – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil for deep frying

1. Grind the spinach.
2. Add the cornflour, tomato sauce, garlic and little salt.
3. Make balls out of this mixture.
4. Mash the paneer.
5. Mix with semolina, butter, salt and pepper.
6. Make small balls.
7. Flatten the spinach balls and fill with the paneer filling.
8. Close well and form balls again.
9. Deep fry till golden brown.
10. Serve hot.

Note: Fry the balls only at the time of serving.
