Satay Sauce


Oil – 1 tbsp
Red Curry Paste – 2 tsp
Coconut Milk – 3 tbsp
Water – 125 ml
Brown Sugar – 3 tbsp
Peanuts – 125 gms, crushed

1. Heat the oil in a kadai.
2. Add the red curry paste.
3. Cook for 30 seconds and then add the remaining ingredients.
4. If the sauce becomes too thick add some more water.
