Ingredients:
Honeydew Melon – 250 gms
Soda – 300 ml
Clear Honey – 2 tbsp
Redcurrant Clusters
Method:
1. Cut the rind off the melon.
2. Chop the melon into chunks, discarding any seeds.
3. Put into a food processor with the soda and honey and process until smooth.
4. Pour into glasses and decorate with clusters of redcurrants.
