Ripe Mango – 1, large
Orange Juice – 2, medium
Mango Sorbet – 2 scoops
Strips of Orange Zest
1. Place the mango on a chopping board and cut lengthways through the flesh as close to the large flat central stone as possible.
2. Turn it over and do the same thing on the other side of the stone.
3. Remove the peel and roughly chop the flesh before placing in a processor.
4. Add the orange juice and sorbet and process until smooth.
5. Serve at once, decorated with strips of orange zest.
