Raspberry and Blackcurrant Slush

Ingredients:
Frozen Raspberries – 75 gms
Sparkling Mineral Water – 300 ml
Scoops of Blackcurrant Sorbet – 2

Method:
1. Put the raspberries and water into a food processor and process until smooth.
2. Add the sorbet and process briefly until combined with the raspberry mixture.
3. Pour into glasses and drink while still slushy.
