Ingredients:
Black Grapes – 125 gms, deseeded or seedless
Sparkling Mineral Water/Soda – 200 ml
Large Scoops of Lemon Sorbet – 2
Slices of Lime

Method:
1. Put the grapes, mineral water and lemon sorbet in a food processor and process until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses and decorate with slices of lime.
3. Serve immediately.
