Pomegranates – 2, ripe
Passion Fruit – 1
Clear Honey – 1 tbsp
1. Cut the pomegranates in half and extract the juice with an old-fashioned lemon squeezer.
2. Halve the passion fruit and sieve the pulp into a small bowl.
3. Mix in the pomegranate juice and honey.
4. Pour over the crushed ice, add a straw and serve.
