Ice Cubes – 8, crushed
Raspberry Syrup – 2 tbsp
Apple Juice – 500 ml, chilled
Pieces of Apple and Whole Raspberries
1. Divide the crushed ice between two glasses and pour over the raspberry syrup.
2. Top up each glass with chilled apple juice and stir well.
3. Decorate with the whole raspberries and pieces of apple on cocktail sticks and serve.
