Pineapple Crush Recipe

Ingredients:
Pineapple Juice – 100 ml
Orange Juice – 4 tbsp
Galia melon – 125 gms, cut into chunks
Frozen Pineapple Chunks – 140 gms
Ice Cubes – 4
Slices of Orange

Method:
1. Pour the pineapple juice and orange juice into a food processor and process gently until combined.
2. Add the melon, pineapple chunks and ice cubes and process until a slushy consistency has been reached.
3. Pour the mixture into glasses and decorate with slices of orange.
4. Serve at once.
