Mixed Vegetables Recipe

Mushrooms – 125 gms, sliced
Carrots – 250 gms, sliced
Cabbage – 250 gms, diced
Baby Corn – 250gms
Broccoli – 250 gms, cut into florets
Cauliflower – 250 gms, cut into florets
Oil – 3/4 cup
Garlic – 4 to 5, chopped
Green Chillies – 3, chopped
Red Chillies – 3, chopped
Salt as per taste
Basil Leaves – 10 to 12 + some more for garnishing
Soy Sauce – 2 tsp
Vegetarian Oyster Sauce – 2 tsp

1. Blanch all the vegetables along with the baby corn. Keep aside.
2. Heat the oil in a kadai.
3. Add the garlic, green and red chillies and saute for a few minutes.
4. Add all the vegetables along with the salt, basil leaves, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
5. Toss well for a few minutes and then remove from the heat.
6. Serve hot garnished with basil leaves.
