Lady’s Finger (Bhindi/Okra) – 1 kg
Salt as per taste
Sour Curd – 1/2 cup
1. Wash lady’s finger and drain.
2. Cut into cubical pieces and spread it on a large plate and leave it until all the water is evaporated.
3. Soak it in sour curd and add salt.
4. Leave it for 30 minutes.
5. Dry this in hot sun for two days.
6. Store in airtight containers.
7. Fry in little oil for serving.
