Green Manathakkali – 1 kg
Salt as per taste
Sour Curd – 1/2 cup

1. Add all the ingredients and keep aside for 5 days.
2. Stir once daily.
3. Then dry in hot sun for 2 to 3 days until it becomes completely dry and crisp.
4. Store in tight container.
