Ingredients:
Prawns – 400 gms
Coconut Oil – 4 tsp
Coconut – 1/2
Onions – 3
Raw Mango – 1
Red Chillies – 2
Coriander Seeds – 1 tsp
Green Chillies – 2
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp, ground to a paste
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garlic Cloves – 4
Ginger – 1 small piece
Salt to Taste
Method:
1. Wash prawns, apply salt and keep aside.
2. Heat 3 tbsp oil and fry onions and add ground masala.
3. Fry till brown.
4. Add sliced mango pieces and 1 cup of water.
5. Cook for five minutes and add the prawns.
6. Add coconut milk, extracted from coconut gratings.
7. Cook till prawns are tender.
8. Serve hot with rice.
