Ingredients:
Juice of 1 Lemon
Fresh Parsley – 1 tbsp, chopped
Sparkling Mineral Water or Soda – 425 ml
Sugar – 2 to 3 tsp
Method:
1. Put the lemon juice, parsley and mineral water in a blender and process on low speed until combined.
2. Switch the blender to high speed, add the sugar through the feeder tube and process for 30 seconds more.
3. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
