Ingredients:
Sugar – 1 tsp
Neem Leaves – 10
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Ghee – 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Tamarind – 1/2 tsp

Method:
1. Toast the neem leaves in little hot ghee.
2. Remove.
3. Mix all the ingredients together.
4. Pound them and make into small balls.
5. Serve as a starter.
