Canapes with Rice and Peas

Canapes – 6
Basmati Rice – 1 cup, cooked
Green Peas – 1/2 cup
Oil – 1 tsp
Curry Powder – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste

1. Heat the oil and fry the rice adding the green peas.
2. Mix in the spices and stir gently.
3. Use this filling to fill the canapes.
4. Serve as a snack.
