Ingredients:
Chicken – 1 kg
Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
Methi Leaves – 1 tbsp
Onions – 2
Tomato – 1
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 1 cup
Green Chillies – 2
Oil – 100ml
Salt to Taste
Method:
1. Heat 4 tbsp of oil.
2. Add onions and ginger.
3. Fry till golden brown and add tomatoes and stir fry till cooked.
4. Add chilli powder, methi leaves and garam masala.
5. Then add chicken and salt.
6. Cook till oil separates from the chicken.
7. Garnish with slit chillies and coriander leaves.
8. Serve with rotis.
