Ingredients:
Seer Darne – 4 slices
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Chilli Powder – 4 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Dhania Powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – to fry
Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Salt to Taste
Rice Flour – 1 tsp
Method:
1. Marinate the fish with all the masala.
2. Check salt, leave for more than one hour.
3. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the fish.
4. Garnish with lemon wedge and fried curry leaves.
5. Serve with rice and sambar or snacks.
6. Ginger garlic paste can also be used for marination.
