Keerai Kotnakari (Mutton with Spinach)

Ingredients:
Mutton – 200 gms
Arai Keerai (Amaranth Greens) – 1 bunch
Onion – 200 gms
Tomatoes – 250 gms
Green Chillies – 4
Ginger – 2 to 3 tsp
Garlic – 3 to 4 flakes
Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 3 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 100 ml

Method:
1. Mince onion, green chillies, and tomatoes.
2. Crush ginger and garlic.
3. Wash and chop the spinach.
4. Keep a vessel on the fire; add oil and garam masala and saunf.
5. Add onion and saute well for some time.
6. Add tomatoes and crushed ginger garlic and saute.
7. Add minced mutton and saute well, add chilli powder, turmeric powder.
8. Add coriander powder add salt and cook till half-done.
9. Add chopped Keerai and mix well.
10. Serve with boiled rice and sambar.
