Ingredients:
Ladies Fingers (Okra) – 200 gms
Oil – 1/4 cup, to deep fry
Chilli Powder – 3 to 4 tsp or as required
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Wash and cut ladies fingers into fine rounds.
2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the ladies finger.
3. Remove and while still hot sprinkle with chilli powder and salt.
4. Serve hot as a snack or as a starter.
