Cauliflower – 1
Oil – 50 ml
Rice Flour – 1/4 cup
Maida – 1/4 cup
Ginger – 1 one inch piece, ground
Garlic – 3 to 4 flakes, ground
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste
Red Chilli Powder or Red Food Colour – 1 tsp
1. Cut the cauliflower pieces and put them in hot water and drain the water completely.
2. Mix together all the ingredients and add red chilli powder, ground ginger and garlic.
3. Sprinkle water and mix well.
4. Heat oil and fry the cauliflower till golden brown colour.
5. Remove and drain.
6. Serve hot.
