Ingredients:
Carrot – 250 gms
Toor Dal – 100 gms
Onions – 100 gms
Green Chillies – 3 to 4
Chiili Powder – 2 tsp
Tomatoes – 100 gms
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Mustard – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 5 tblsp
Urad Dal – 3 to 4 tsp
Coconut – 1/2, grated
Method:
1. Cut carrots into cubes.
2. Put all the ingredients into a cooker.
3. Let them cook well.
4. Temper with mustard seeds and urad dal.
5. Garnish chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut.
6. Serve hot with rice.
