Ingredients:
Beetroot – 1, trimmed, peeled and chopped
Pear – 1, cored and chopped
Fresh Spinach Leaves – 25 gms
Mineral Water as per to taste
Spinach Leaf for garnish
Method:
1. Place the ingredients in a juicer or blender and process.
2. Dilute with water to taste.
3. Pour into a glass and decorate with the spinach leaf.
4. Serve.
