Carrot Cocktail Recipe

Raw Carrots – 85 gms, peeled and roughly chopped
Slice Pineapple – 1, roughly chopped
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Clear Honey – 1 tbsp
Sprig of Parsley or Mint

1. Place the carrots, pineapple, lemon juice and honey in a blender and whizz for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
2. Serve over ice with a sprig of parsley or mint.
