Ingredients:
Ripe Pears – 2, large
Frozen Raspberries – 125 gms
Ice Cold Water – 200 ml
Honey as per taste
Raspberries for garnish
Method:
1. Peel and quarter the pears, removing the cores.
2. Put into a food processor with the raspberries and water and process until smooth.
3. Taste and sweeten with honey if the raspberries are a little sharp.
4. Pour into glasses and decorate with whole raspberries and serve.
