Ingredients:
Blueberries – 25 gms
Raspberries – 85 gms, thawed if frozen
Clear Honey – 1 tsp
Yogurt – 200 ml
Crushed Ice – 1 heaped tbsp
Sesame Seeds – 1 tbsp

Method:
1. Put the blueberries into a food processor or blender and process for 1 minute.
2. Add the raspberries, honey and yogurt and process for a further minute.
3. Add the ice and sesame seeds and process again for a further minute.
4. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
