Ripe Papaya – 1, peeled, stoned and chopped
Fresh Pineapple – 1/2, peeled and chopped
Soya Milk – 150 ml
Soya Yogurt – 300 ml
Chopped Pineapple for garnish
1. Place all the ingredients in a juicer or blender and process until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses, decorate with chopped pineapple and serve.
